From raw Pegasus data to open, ready-to-use geodata

A Leica Pegasus TRK system delivers high-quality raw data, but processing is typically tied to Leica’s own software: Cyclone Pegasus for post-processing and JetStream for publishing. This means additional licensing costs and keeps your data workflow within the Leica ecosystem. GEORIZON automatically processes the raw project files from your Pegasus TRK — including trajectory data, point clouds, panoramas and SmartFusion imagery — directly into a uniform, vendor-independent dataset within GEORIZON.

  • Direct processing from raw Pegasus project files, with no Cyclone Pegasus licence required.
  • Automated processing, within 1 day
  • Support for all TRK variants
  • Results immediately available in the viewer, via API and for download.

Directly from raw Leica data to open geodata

Get more out of your Leica Pegasus TRK without relying on Cyclone Pegasus for post-processing. GEORIZON processes raw trajectory, LiDAR and SmartFusion camera data directly from your Pegasus capture. The different data sources are combined, georeferenced and processed into optimised point clouds and imagery. The results are delivered in open, widely supported formats and can be published directly in GEORIZON. This keeps the Pegasus as a powerful data capture system, while giving you the freedom to decide where and how your data is used.

No manual Leica workflow, but automated processing

Processing large volumes of Pegasus data does not have to be a time-consuming process for every project. GEORIZON’s processing pipeline automates the processing of trajectory, LiDAR and SmartFusion imagery, followed by optimisation, noise reduction, colourisation, structuring and optional anonymisation. The result is a uniform dataset that is immediately available in GEORIZON for visualisation, measurements and analysis. Through open formats, downloads and APIs, the same data can also be easily integrated into existing GIS and asset management systems.

One workflow for the entire Pegasus TRK range

From the compact Pegasus TRK100 and TRK300 to the TRK500/700 Neo and Evo, 360GEO processes different configurations across the Leica Pegasus TRK range within a single processing workflow. Specific applications such as Rail DMI and configurations with multiple LiDAR and camera sensors are also supported. The pipeline accounts for differences in sensor configurations and standardises the output into a single, uniform data structure. This means your processing environment does not need to change when you switch to a different TRK configuration.
